Ohio Xoggz

The Ohio Xoggz was a professional soccer team from Columbus, Ohio. The team played in the U.S. Inter-Regional Soccer League, which became the United System of Independent Soccer Leagues in 1995. The Ohio Xoggz was originally known as the Columbus Xoggz, which only existed for the 1994 and 1995 seasons. The team finished the 1994 season in third place in the U.S. Inter-Regional Soccer League’s Midwest Division’s Western Conference. The Xoggz won eleven and lost seven matches. In 1995, the squad finished in second place in its conference, with seventeen wins and three losses.

In 1996, the Columbus Xoggz became known as the Ohio Xoggz. The new Xoggz team played for only one season in the United System of Independent Soccer Leagues’ Select League’s Western Conference’s Central Division before disbanding. The team placed fourth in its division, with a final record of six wins and twelve losses.
