The Cleveland Thunderbolts was a team in the Arena Football League.

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, the Cleveland Thunderbolts played its games at the Richfield Coliseum. The team participated in the Arena Football League in the 1992, 1993, and 1994 seasons. Originally, the Cleveland Thunderbolts had been located in Columbus, Ohio, where the team was known as the Columbus Thunderbolts. The team played in Columbus for only the 1991 season, before relocating to Cleveland. In Cleveland, the Thunderbolts never had a winning season, although the squad did qualify for the playoffs in 1992. Over the three seasons, the team won eight and lost twenty-six games. Following the 1994 season, the Cleveland Thunderbolts disbanded.
