Lungless
A family of salamanders that do not have either lungs or gills. They breath by absorbing oxygen through the moist skin and lining of the mouth. The oxygen is drawn through the nose into the mouth by muscles in the throat. Because of this type of breathing, lungless salamanders will drown if in water for a long period of time.
